The lonely bay
Bay of Plenty/Coromandel
Nick, 10When I walk on the beach I can feel the brittle shells cracking underneath my feet. I can hear little waves crashing down onto the compacted sand. The noisy seagulls fly in circles. I spy tiny cats eyes from the corner of my eye. The rounded rocks are slippery and it is hard to keep your balance. Lonely Bay isn't lonely when I'm there.
