Miyeon, 13When surroundings seem so effortlessly perfect, I know I'm in my favourite place to be.
All I can feel is the crispy breeze slice past my bitter and exposed face.
The roads look so blank and untouched. Grey and lonely.
A deep blue beam of light scouts downwards on me, relaxed, like the lake nearby.
The mountains behind all the water look so angelic and pure. Green like fresh mint.
The stones beneath the lake look like cold crystals shining back at the slowly setting sky.
The whole landscape appeals to be so bare and empty but beauty is unique, beauty is Te Anau.
