Life In Paradise
Lydia, 12Bright sunshine, trout and perch flying out of the water. The faint sound of the deer in the forest that soon gets drowned out by the sound of the whistling trees. I can see my nana’s crib, since it’s just above ours. I look up at the fishing rod I’m holding and see my first fish I’ve ever caught flopping around. The cold lake water flying off its body and onto my face. I look out over the crystal clear lake and see families on boats with their kids behind on the biscuits. I can faintly hear the massive wind turbines as they spin round and round, giving us electricity.
